1985-1996
1985
Iscot was founded in Turin in 1985. It began its activities as part of the Teksid Group with facilities in Carmagnola (Alutek) and Crescentino (Vercelli).
1990
The business was growing rapidly, working with the Cassa di Risparmio di Torino, the Banca San Paolo di Torino, the Iveco Group, the Fiat Auto Group (now the FCA), the Comind Sud Group in Naples, and the Comau Group.
1996
October 1996 saw the incorporation of Iscot Services SA in Cordoba (Argentina), for the purpose of accompanying our customer Fiat in the development of “Auto in Argentina”, for the production of its Siena and Palio models. Iscot Services grew successfully in Argentina, with international customers including Daimler Chrysler, Carrefour, Val Mart, G.M., the Tenaris Group, Iveco, Ford, and CNH.
1998-2010
1998
Iscot do Brasil was founded, with its headquarters in Belo Horizonte (Brazil). Together with a Brazilian partner, it purchased 50% of the incorporating company Seris Ltda (Brazil) and, in 2001, it purchased the remaining 50%, creating an organisation that, today, employs over 1,000 people and conducts operations in the State of Minas Gerais, in São Paulo and in Pernabuco.
2001
As part of its ongoing evolution, Iscot Italia had begun to specialise in activities for the Industrial sector, establishing an internal unit with expertise in the Engineering of Services.
2010
Iscot Serbia, a company that works with customers in the automotive sector, was incorporated in Kraguievac.
2011-2013
2011
The Group incorporated Iscot España in Spain, setting up its Dynamic Service as part of the technical services implemented for Spanish customers.
2012
The operations of Isman, the Group company specialised in industrial systems, equipment and maintenance, were given a boost by the purchase and subsequent merger by incorporation of another sector company.
2013
The Iscot Training Center for the advanced training of operations managers is established. Meanwhile, Dynamic Service is expanded to all technical services operations.
